Dear E-mit members,
On behalf of the E-mit Executive Board, we are opening the call for nominations for the election of the two Junior Member representatives (one PhD student/Postdoc and one trainee clinician).
The Board plays a key role by managing the affairs, funds, and property of the Society, planning Symposiums, communicating with members, and ensuring the society’s objectives are best served.
If you would like to contribute to the recently elected E-mit Board, we are looking forward to your nominations!
Nominations shall be made in writing to the Secretary of E-mit (Sienacongress) at info@e-mit.org until July 20 th , 11 am CEST.
Each nomination requires the signature or verifiable electronic signature of two individual members, as well as that of the nominees themselves, and short curriculum according to the provided template.
Nominees must themselves be in the appropriate category at the time of election but may be nominated by active members.
Each member can endorse up to three candidates. More details on the process can be found on the E-mit Charter.
The full list of nominees will be published on the E-mit webpage on July 21 st .
The election will be performed using the SurveyMonkey platform on July 25 th 09.00 am CEST to 17.00 pm CEST.
Each E-mit member who have already paid the membership fee is eligible to vote and will receive a SurveyMonkey link for anonymous voting.
The Results of the election will be announced on July 26 th .
